SportDog Warranty: SportDog dog training products come with a lifetime warranty for parts and a 1-year warranty for labor. After the first year the owner of the SportDog product will be responsible for a service fee component to cover labor charges. Parts are free for the life of the product. Please note: rechargeable batteries are covered in full for the first year of the warranty. They are not covered under the lifetime parts warranty.
